01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b1game" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at b1game.bet, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the website, software, applications, and any other digital interface through which b1game services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on b1game, browses the Platform, or participates in any game or betting market.
• "Account" means the personal account registered in your name on the b1game platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount standing to the credit of your account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any active bonus credits as separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or match bonuses awarded to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game outcome or sports event made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including submission and approval of identity documents such as CNIC and proof of payment method.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of b1game and to your use of the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the b1game Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the b1game Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b1game. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use b1game, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You do not hold an existing b1game account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded.
4. You are not a director, employee, consultant, or agent of b1game, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You are not located in a jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
6. You are acting with your own funds and are not engaging in financial transactions on behalf of a third party.

b1game reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

04 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of b1game, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number.

Only one account per person is permitted. b1game uses technical measures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Bonus funds claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in full.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. b1game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify b1game immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account registration is free. b1game does not charge any account creation or maintenance fees.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on b1game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. b1game does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your b1game account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before those funds become withdrawable.
• b1game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically one to three business days, depending on the receiving payment method.

b1game does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which b1game accepts no responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

b1game offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering on certain game categories (including, but not limited to, live dealer games and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a wagering requirement is outstanding, b1game reserves the right to deduct all associated bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds from the withdrawal amount.
• b1game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on b1game are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer titles, real physical dealing under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined independently of b1game's commercial interests.

By placing a wager on b1game, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk and you may lose the full amount of any wager placed.
• Past results in any game do not influence or predict future outcomes.
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are published by the respective game providers and represent statistical averages over a very large number of rounds, not guaranteed individual returns.
• Sports betting odds reflect b1game's assessment of probability at the time of publication and are subject to change prior to the start of an event.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• b1game reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed based on erroneous odds, or placed in connection with any suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, Test matches, T20Is, and international one-day fixtures — additional sport-specific rules govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play market availability. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on b1game and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or misconfiguration on the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live dealer, or multiplayer game format.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade reporting thresholds.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the b1game Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of b1game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform or its content.
• Use the b1game brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data collection tools on the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b1game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from circumstances outside b1game's reasonable control.

b1game does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. b1game will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

In any event, b1game's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

b1game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your CNIC number, mobile number, and payment method details — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. b1game does not sell personal data to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

b1game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

13 Termination

You may close your b1game account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC checks.

b1game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by b1game due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited in full.

14 Amendments to These Terms

b1game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b1game will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which b1game operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, b1game encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution informally.

b1game will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. Complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with b1game's applicable operating licence conditions.
